Returns All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds. If a prepaid order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional reshipping charges will apply.
Replacements Replacements are only issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect or missing items
- Product defective on arrival
- Parcel damaged during transit
To be eligible for a replacement, we require a complete, uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment of opening the package to the end, with all labels clearly visible. This video is required as evidence to assess your concern accurately.
To initiate a replacement, please email us at contact@aimeeee.com with your concern and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this window may not be eligible for assistance.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine the appropriate course of action. aimée.co reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not meet the above requirements.

Cancellations
Cancellations by aimée.co On rare occasions, we may be unable to process an order and will need to cancel it. In such cases, we will notify you directly and any payment made will be reversed to your account within 3–5 business days.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
